"Hotel is located next to train station which is convenient if you are traveling by train, however it also makes it a very loud area with lots of cars & people. The room & hotel areas are clean, however the a/c could not be manually set in the room and is controlled by the hotel which cannot be adjusted. I prefer my rooms cooler and was told a fan could not be provided. I tried to keep the window open however the street noise was too loud to sleep through. The staff were a bit cold and...

"The room was very clean. Extra blankets and pillows too :) the staff were so helpful & welcoming. The shuttle service from the port was great and very easy to use. The views were impeccable and were so happy that we chose this part of the island to stay on. "

"Amazing, especially for the price we paid. We stayed in a room for two. There were seaparate beds, but dont know if one could have asked for queen size in advance.
Clean, breakfast included, friendly personal. Good stay"

"Great location! The staff were amazing, and all areas including the room were well kept.
We used the pool and the staff at the bar were very attentive.
The breakfast was plentiful and felt fresh. Great view from the dining room.

"Breakfast is great, a lot of choices. Very close to SPACCNAPOLI street. Room is clean with a balcony. We like it very much. Only thing was there are several staircases to the reception, no one helps with luggages."
