The rooms are clean, and the building looks modern and nice. However, the rooms seem simple, and the walls have a few scratches (I guess from luggage or carts). The street where the hotel is looks a bit dirty and sketchy, but it is well located, so I think it compensates. On our first night at the hotel, we had an incident with room service and some customer service. We raised the complaint, and the Assistant General Manager was very understanding and made it up to us.

Our stay was great. Room ready, staff super friendly, very clean, good breakfast. Gotta slam the doors to shut them and the floor to ceiling windows are top floor only. Great location

Good breakfast

Nice rooms, nice lobby and breakfast room. Sound proofing between the rooms was not great. Great views. The breakfast was nice and was replenished regularly.

Staff are friendly and helpful , good location close to all amenities , port and Spanish streets are 10 min walk Stander rooms are good in space but there is no a coffe / tea maker In general a good hotel

Property was fine but i didnt understand why they gave two single beds and pushed it together. We think it mightve had bed bugs, we had gotten many bug bites after sleeping and they were a bit frugal with the toilet paper, we had to call down twice to have more brought to us. The gym facility was excellent which is a huge deal breaker for me, and the view from the hotel room was amazing.

This is a very nice hotel. The room was a great size and everything was clean. Our only issue was we couldn’t get the air conditioner to run consistently and the room was quite warm, especially at night. Other than that, it is a great property.

Stayed for the night before getting the ferry across to Capri so we weren’t there for long, however check in was quick, professional and straight forward. The receptionist was really lovely and made effort to provide us with great dinner recommendations, pointing them out on the map. The room was spacious, clean and a lovely view. Excellent location, took a short walk out for pizza the night we arrived and a short walk to the port the following morning. Overall really lovely and would stay again!

Really enjoyed our stay for the final leg of our Italy honeymoon, and the staff went above and beyond to welcome us. As a lovely surprise, they had upgraded our room, left us a thoughtful and welcoming letter in the room accompanied by a selection of cakes and pastries, and checked in with us throughout our stay. The room was beautiful, fully equipped, very comfortable, and had a gorgeous view over the port and the city, and it will definitely be our accomodation of choice next time we stay in Naples. Thank you Rosamaria for your hospitality!
