"For us this was the perfect place to explore family heritage in a beautiful area of Scotland. We enjoyed hiking on or near the property. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the staff were always very helpful, our meals and drinks in onsite restaurants were great! We are very positive about this hotel!!!"

"The hotel is located outside of Perth centre, in a quiet area and close to the Almond river. There is a lovely riverside walk within half a mile of the hotel. There are no busy roads close by, so the hotel and grounds are quiet, which we appreciated. The reception and restaurant employees were helpful and polite.
Sadly, I cannot give the hotel a higher rating than 2 stars because it really needs refurbishment. The furniture in the room shows signs of wear, and the walls need redecorating. There...
