"We arrived late so we decided that we would stay 2 nights in Split but our experience at this hotel was below average so we decided to pack up and go to a different hotel for our second night.
The hotel atmosphere and appearance was ok. The towels were old and had holes on them and the threading was ripped on the ends. "Wir waren wunschlos glücklich. Wir hatten das Zimmer mit der 180 Grad-Aussicht, das war das absolute Highlight unseres Aufenthaltes. Die Zimmer waren immer komplett sauber, auch wenn wir es mal nicht ganz ordentlich hinterlassen haben. Der Zimmerservice kam immer zügig, die Büro-Räume zum Arbeiten waren auch super. Wenn ich wieder in Split bin, werde ich zu 100% wieder dieses Hotel nehmen. Danke!"

"Primo problema assegnazione della camera. Ho prenotato una camera deluxe, che doveva essere all'ultimo piano, e me ne hanno assegnata una al primo. Dopo lamentela mi è stata data una stanza al 3 piano. Ma tutto sembrava tranne una deluxe, o almeno per quella che io considero una deluxe in un albergo a 4 stelle. Da rivedere anche come sono assegnate le stelle.
Da descrizione Expedia la stanza doveva essere dotata anche di macchina caffè. Nulla di tutto questo. Una delusione. Unica nota positiva...

"Good location. Pool was closed to not really any amenities. Loved the fact that breakfast was included and the omelettes were freshly made. However, the hotel restaurant wasn’t open every night and they gave us pretzels instead. Staff was fine and the rooms were clean and bright. Our room shared a small foyer with another room and there were people in the area late at night talking loudly for a while so had difficulty sleeping."

"The hotel is in a great location for the water Taxi’s which run between Cavtat and Dubrovnik, Mlini is right in the middle so water taxi either way regularly. It was still out of season during our stay so not everything in the local area was open or had full menus. Little shopping Mall 20 minutes walk and bars and restaurants 5 minutes walk. Lovely area scenery is stunning. I think all rooms in the hotel have a sea view from balcony, rooms very clean and house service everyday. Buffet breakfast...

"Zimmer war gross aber es hat übel gerochen nach Abfluss. Personal ausser in der SPA nicht wirklich hilfsbereit und freundlich. Frühstück entsprach nicht 4 Sterne, Butter war abgelaufen. "

"The breakfast was great and plenty of options, the hotel staff was very professional and very helpful with whatever I needed. The room was amazing and very clean. The spa was amazing and the pool was great. Will be booking again when I come back to Croatia "
