"Good experience overall, and very easy to send them with my car. Overall found the place a little grungy for the price like there was a stain on the carpet and something on the wall that looked spilled. Not disgusting just not spotless I would say. The coffee was never there in the morning it felt like and that was a little annoying. However overall good experience, felt safe and comfortable so good experience overall."

"Really just the only choice to stay in Kansas City. Why? Well, the hotel is quite perfect in quality and cleanliness. The rooms are very large. The rooms are very quiet. The hotel is built into the side of mountain rock where the natural rock is actually the hotel wall; along with a waterfall inside as well, of course. There is an entire inside "mall" attached to the hotel (through one flight of stairs) where many different stores offer shopping with multiple themes. There are a few choices for...

"vibe felt sterile. No coffee makers in rooms. This is a basic amenity even at much cheaper hotels. They told us there was coffee in the lobby. It is a hassle to go down there, but when my husband did so, they were out of coffee and sent him to the restaurant, where he was handed a cup of coffee and told it would be six dollars. This is not what I call having coffee available at all times in the lobby. He declined and walked away.
