"Great hotel. Fantastic location. Power and Light and downtown only a few minutes walk. Streetcar stop also only a few minutes walk. Breakfast was nice. Lobby bar was lively and had a nice atmosphere due to being the world cup. As did the rooftop bar which was a nice way to end the evenings. Overall an exceptional stay."

"I called the hotel, called EXPEDIA everyone to make sure breakfast was included in my rate as I added it. They said it was going to be included and nothing to worry about. "Great location and this is my favorite Kansas City hotel but i didn’t get a shower cap because a hospitality kit was not provided. There wasn’t a coffee machine or kettle provided, though I asked twice at the reception. No mugs either. And room service was skipped for almost 2 days until I asked. "We stayed here for the World Cup and had a great experience. Clean, spacious property very conveniently located for activities in downtown Cleveland, and along the streetcar line. It’s connected to a shopping mall and food court with a nice pool and plenty of onsite dining. Very helpful staff, especially Abby at the front desk who helped us deal with a minor issue with our room quickly and professionally. Highly recommend."

"Room was clean and well kept, but the AC in our room kept shutting off or just didn’t work. Even if it was finally blowing out cold air, the air was so muggy in our room.
