"Fun stay. I wasn’t interested in gambling but the food choices were great. My biggest issue was that everything smelled like cigarettes-except my room. My room was great. Wish they still had the spa!"

"I loved my stay at ameristar kc. Only issues were they were not able to see my reservstion on gheir end. After 30 minutes trying to figure it out with expedia on the phone, the staff at ameristar decided to comp my room. Ill always be grateful to those employees and how great the room was. No doubt I will be back.when I am in kansas city "

"This is a beautiful hotel within walking distance to many downtown sites. I loved the friendly service, the artistry and the gems I found whilst walking around the neighborhood. (Public Library, River Walk, Convention Center.) I would gladly stay there again."

"The staff at this Ambassador Hotel was very engaging. They warmly greeted us each time we passed through the lobby and were very efficient checking in a large group of people ahead of us. Truly set the tone of the stay. We were glad to get a room with a view and there is true value in a nice bathroom in the room when out of town. A short walk to power and light district and other event centers. This room fulfilled the very things we were looking for on stay for our day trip to Kansas City. "

"The property was clean and beautiful with comfortable beds, excellent room amenities, and a large bathroom. Every area of the property was tastefully decorated. We enjoyed walking through Meadowbrook Park and ate breakfast twice at The Market. The pool is small but we had it to ourselves in the morning! Looks out onto a lake with a fountain…peaceful. Beautiful fire pit areas and patios all around to enjoy the outdoors. This will definitely be where we stay for future KC visits. "

"The property looked wonderful, just like the pictures. There were two large bedrooms and bathrooms. Excellent kitchen with nice appliances both large and small. Nice large kitchen island and stools.
