"Room is spacious, the water refill station is nearby and so is the elevator. Bed is comfy and the pillows are perfect. The concierge arranged all our car for tours and transfer to the Port. The staff is courteous and accommodating. The restaurants are excellent and breakfast was great."

"Overall hotel is dated and room was quite dusty. Furniture was covered with a thick layer of dust.
We were told that breakfast was served at 1st floor, 2nd floor & 4th floor with same variety of foods. We can choose either floor to go for. In fact, first floor was always crowded due to nicer environment with better foods choices than 2nd and 4th floor.
