"We liked the location being both right on the lack and also a short walk into the centre of town. Room was a little dated but clean and comfortable. Beds especially were pleasant to sleep in. Reception staff were friendly and efficient. We also ate Embers and the young wait staff were excellent. Food and wine selection was nice and the room nice and warm. We will be happy to stay here again."

"Property was excellent. Location perfect We have been coming to Crackenback once or twice a year for over 15 years, will there ever be consideration given to loyal repeat customers? "

"This property needs some repairs and servicing to charge what they are charging , oven knobs broken , wood fire fan broken . Fold out bed very uncomfortable and no electric blanket on this one either so very cold child 😠 . The fire was only real source of heat in a snowy mountains cottage in winter. Arrived late no lights lefts on or heating . Wood left for the fire was wet and owners Difficult to contact due to phone reception and they run a no contact check in . I like rustic but this...

"This was our first experience staying off snow and we thought it would be a bit painful. We were pleasantly surprised with the ease of getting the tube from Bullocks flat. The apartment itself was beautiful and very well equipped. Overlooking the lake and the mountains. We were visited by the little ducks and also managed to catch sight of a few wallabies and deer, would definatley want to rebook . "
