"This super cool hotel is beautiful. The rooms are so clean, comfortable and thoughtfully arranged and included a washer/dryer combo hidden in a cabinet! The AC was great and necessary during our stay. My luggage was delayed but the excellent and friendly staff reassured me it would arrive. They took care of it for me! In the courtyard is a beautiful pool and an award-winning restaurant making it so convenient for weary travelers. We just loved our stay and the great neighborhood location. We...

"This was, by far, one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. The walkway was ancient, rundown, and felt downright unsafe. The rooms? Beyond outdated—borderline uninhabitable. To make matters worse, the lift was old, creaky, and felt incredibly unsafe. How this hotel ever received a rating of 8.0 is beyond comprehension. It’s shocking and unacceptable that Hotel.com would allow such a misleading rating to stand. I trusted your platform to guide me toward quality stays, but this was a complete...

"With in walking distance from the airport. I had a one day lay over here and got to experience a lot in Portugal in less than 24 hr time frame! Great location! Shuttle to the airport so once you get there you’re covered with many restaurants with in a 1 hr walk distance. Great spot, I’ll be back here when I’m in Portugal again!"

"Très bien situé, près d’un métro et la magnifique rue Liberdade. Le lounge est super à condition qu’on vous l’offre, nous n’avons pas pu en profiter, personne ne nous a informé. On vous offre café et eau à la réception, mais c’est toujours vid, pas pratique pour avoir un café le matin. Petit déjeuner intéressant, un peu cher
Chambre très petite mais très bien organisé et propre. J’y retournerais"

"The breakfast is good but cleanliness of the room is poor. Found strains of hair on the floor and sound proofing was bad.
Considered overpriced with such room condition. "
