"Incredible location. Clean and more modern than other hotels, but still has the unique charm of mosaic details. The staff is beyond helpful and kind, they made each day feel that much more special. My girlfriend and I loved staying here and highly recommend! Very easy to visit Positano, Amalfi, Capri, etc. by boat. The hotel even arranged a car service for us which made getting to and from the tram seamless. "

"The service was beyond excellent. Needed to fix a lamp outage; the electrician was at our door within 3 minutes with problem fixed in 8 minutes flat. Needed to send out laundry, 2 maids (not one) at our door within 4 minutes. Needed a late night dinning recommendation and the place they recommended was not only open at 9PM but only 4 minutes walking and the food and service was out of this world. Needed a taxi, I was told 20 minutes it arrived in 5. Need my car brought in, was told 15...
