"The main reception area and patio area was nice modern amd well maimtained. The pool was filthy there was a thick rim of scum around the whole perimeter. There was also a.severe lack of.sunbeds we.struggled to get a bed and yet there was plenty of space for more loungers lots of guests had this issue....hotel needs to invest in the pool area which im sure they wld be able to do with the amount of.money they charge for drinks! The drinks prices were extortionate and the service at the bar area...

"Au moment de réserver, nous avons mal lu et nous nous sommes retrouvés dans un morceau de chambre de 10m2 avec un lit 140x190 de côté nous empêchant d'ouvrir la valise. Buffet petit-déjeuner minimaliste et peu renouvelé. Étonnant pour un 4 étoiles. Pas de café ni de bouteille d'eau offerts en chambre. Gros point fort en revanche : sa situation au cœur du centre-ville. Bref, un peu déçu."

"Beautiful hotel in a fantastic location in Palermo, Sicily. It was very convenient, with many attractions, restaurants, and shops within walking distance. The only issue I experienced was with the air conditioning, which gave me a bit of trouble during my stay. Overall, it was a great place to stay, and I would recommend it for its excellent location. "The building is modern and well maintained. Our room was large, clean and the air con nice and quiet. Best asset is it has a outside pool, which are rare in Central Palermo. The downside was the pool was on the roof with no shade and no umbrellas. Unless you like being roasted alive, you can only use the pool area early or late in the day. You are also required to buy a swimming cap to go in the pool. A taxi from the centre of town to the hotel cost us €25 but there are buses to the railway...
