"Zentral gelegene Unterkunft nicht weit vom Bahnhof Bento entfernt in schöner Straße. Das Bett in meinem Cosy-Zimmer war sehr bequem. Das Bad war recht groß und hatte eine sehr breite Regendusche. Gewöhnungsbedürftig ist gewesen, dass sich die Fenster des Zimmers im 2. Stock hinter einer nach oben hin offenen Mauer befinden. Man konnte sie öffnen, aber nur nach oben raussehen. Dafür war es bei geschlossenem Fenster sehr ruhig, obwohl es nach vorne zur lebhhaften rua da flores heraus...

"Wonderful hotel! Everything was positive. The location worked for us — away from the hustle and bustle of the city center but near enough to get there within minutes via Uber which is inexpensive in Portugal. "Very good location for shopping areas and nearby sights. Room was a good size & basic. We had to checkout prior to breakfast and a boxed breakfast was provided. There was a self storage room for luggage but it is difficult to get to up a couple of steps. There wasn’t anyone to help with luggage at reception that we could see. Staff seemed distracted but provided needed info. "

"Lovely hotel in an old building. Room was spacious and functional. Only complaint was that when I asked to borrow a knife to cut fruits that I bought in the market, they only offered to sell me for $1.59 a disposable wooden knife that couldn’t cut melted. butter. The nickel n dime attitude only results in bad reviews n unlikely recommendations. A shame given how beautiful this hotel is and the ideal location. Guests don’t pay nearly $300 a night to receive stingy hospitality."
