"Arrived well before check in time but could handily leave case for free to explore before checking in. Room was a decent enough size although privacy when using the toilet was ‘interesting’ as soundproofing wasn’t the greatest with just a glass door that wasn’t fully sealed separating the facilities and the room. Thankfully the great powerful shower and tv could drown things out. Adjustable rising bed was great to sit up and watch tv and the coloured lighting was great - especially if you wanted...

"Lovely hotel with a welcome letter. Hotel was clean and near many nice restaurants.
Around 17min walk to Douro river area. Staff was very helpful and nice! Breakfast was great!

"The room was clean, as were the communal areas. I did not use the bar or restaurant. However, the roof terrace felt a bit tired and neglected. Not like the pictures. There was a lot of construction happening in the area. It was conveniently located for the metro, but you do have to walk up a slight hill."

"Staff was great, Breakfast was excellent and was an all around great hotel. Some minor issues with the towel holder falling off the wall and shower leaking on the floor. No local parking for the hotel due to city restraints, so had to park at the other NH location 300 M away. The stay was good and located right beside Batahla Square and the markets."
