"The hotel was just as I remembered it. Beautiful rooms looking out in a courtyard that leads to a very nice swimming pool. Everything about the stay was nice except the restaurant which was very disappointing. I had remembered this from four years ago as a lovely wonderful Happy meal. "L’accueil de l’hôtel est parfait et efficace. Son organisation est bien détaillée ainsi que pour le stationnement de votre véhicule. La chambre avec terrasse est très confortable et il est agréable que celle-ci soit équipée de peignoirs et chaussons. L’accès au spa es t facile de 7h à 23h. Un bémol tout de même, la température de l’eau de la piscine ne demande qu’à être chaude, de même pour le jacuzzi qui affiche 33c•, trop froid pour profiter pleinement et se détendre. L’hôtel est très calme....

"Exceptional is probably the word I’m looking for (I’m honestly surprised it’s not rated 5x). A beautiful boutique hotel — much prettier and posher than the photos suggest. The pictures don’t do it justice. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, the rooms are cosy and thoughtfully designed, and the gardens and pool are simply stunning. Breakfast is superb — generous, high-quality, and beautifully presented. Honestly, I’m struggling to find a single fault. "

"Le rapport qualité prestations et prix ne sont pas du tout au rdv. Malgré une chambre certes atypique, pas de rideaux suffisants occultant, Douche avec eau chaude inexistante selon les heures. On ne peut pas se tourner dans la baignoire. La configuration est inadaptée et le tuyau de la douche est trop court. Le petit dej est très décevant, et le café n’a aucun goût. "We had a lovely stay. Our room was great and the staff, especially the afternoon reception clerk was wonderful. Not only did she acclimate us to the hotel, she helped carry our bags, and she helped plan the things we did while we were in the area. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant which was super. Highly recommend!"

"Un peu déçu de cet hôtel pour dire que c’est un 4 étoiles. L’accueil n’était pas très cordial, cela-dit le personnel du petit déjeuner était sympathique. La chambre était en dessous du standard, pas hyper propre, avec une odeur de moisi. La chambre n’avait aucun service: Pas de bouilloire, café etc. Même si le covid nous a été indiqué comme la raison, tous les autres hôtels de notre séjour avaient ces services donc un effort serait bienvenu.
