"We absolutely loved our stay. The pool was great, the condo was fabulous, the communication was great, the view was beautiful, the nachos by the pool were awesome. The only downside to the entire trip was there was no breakfast options in the onsite restaurant for the weekend that we were staying. We had a great time and plan on visiting again. An added plus to our mini vacation was that circumstances were just right to request a late check and we were able to spend our Sunday in the pool...

"No hot water for the entire stay. 7 people with NO hot water 😡 Property is old and needs lots of TLC. Southern Vacation Rentals refused to properly compensate for no hot water. Decided it was only worth $88. I will NEVER use them again"

"Perfect, private layout for two families + one couple! Access to beach was quick and easy. While living room furniture was a bit dated with cushions starting to break down, it wasn’t a huge deal. Would have loved a lounger outside. Lots of stairs so be prepared for that! Overall, we’d rent again and had a great visit. "

"Although the condo was a couple miles away from where the address was in the ad, it was still close to everything, comfortable, and across the street from the beach. We would stay here again. The condo was comfortable and well equipped. "

The view was amazing and the beach access was steps away. My family and I enjoyed every moment of our stay and will definitely be back in the future. "
