"This is the perfect place to stay while visiting your kids at any of the Universities in Ottawa. We happen to be moving our child into their off campus housing and knew we would be too tired to drive home after the move, so we booked a room for the night to rest and recovery. "I booked a room (for 6 nights) with a view to the park, but was surprised after l checked in arround 6 pm, they put me in a back room in facing maintenance area.
I want back to the reception and they changed my room facing the park (as per my booking). But the surprise was the windows and the view was blocked be cause they were making maintenance of the facade of the building. It was late and I was tired and has no choice at the time but to acceptfor the night.
