"L’accueil a été fantastique. La chambre était parfaite. L’air climatisée bienvenue pendant cette période caniculaire. Nous l’avons apprécié même si elle était un peu bruyante. Le restaurant boléro était correct sans plus. La paella était un peu décevante. J’ai aimé l’option de ne pas demander le nettoyage complet de la chambre chaque jour en échange de boissons gratuites au bar."

"I commend the staff that hosted us. We checked in on the 4th of August 2025 and checked out on the 5th of Aug. I arrived late for the breakfast as i have the key and my son couldn't get out of the room, when we checked out I asked if we can have at least pastry as take away. "Beautiful hotel full of character,, location so central for walking or bus. All staff so willing to help, Aston in reception helped with bookings. The breakfast staff and Sofie (Portugal) were wonderful. View from our balcony amazing, ac was much needed. Highly recommend- I’m going back x. Thanks to all"

"Hidden gem! It’s a standard 4 star hotel but the view of the Eiger & Jungfrau mountains is the best! I stayed at room number 113 (level 3) and 021(level 2) both have an amazing view of the mountains. But of course the higher the better. Spacious room and very practical. They recently refurbished almost 80% of the rooms so the pictures in hotels.com portal is the old one. The one I uploaded is their room after refurbishment. Worth every penny I spent! "Hotel Murren was without a doubt the best hotel experience my wife and I have ever encountered. We booked the Senior Lux Suite with the hot tub and couldn't be happier. The manager came and picked us and our luggage up at the train station prior to realizing how close it was to the BLM Station. The room has 5 balconies, a kitchen and a terrific design.
