"The room was okay. The location was amazing but what made the place? Truly truly excellent was Winfred. The rest of the staff was nice, but Winfred took it to a whole different level she needs to be given a raise a promotion. She needs to be the person teaching everyone customer service. It was extremely professional, informative, friendly. It didn't feel like she was just giving you answers so you can get away.
