"Loved the property but definitely had difficulty with getting service poolside. Moved to a different pool and thought that would help. Still no service. Eventually moved back to adult pool and walked around and found a staff member. After that we just decided to go directly to the bar ourselves for a drink. I got the feeling they thought we weren’t staying there but they should ask. We were guests of the hotel. I would appreciate spending that kind of money per night to not have to seek out...

"Room was great. Resort was beautiful. Grounds immaculately maintained. Housekeeping could not have been better. Location to mall was great. Restaurants really good but expensive. Drinks very expensive. Walk way along the ocean to other resorts. Only issue a lot of rules by the pool. Don’t bring leftover food to the pool because they will ask you to leave."

"Although it was just for one night, the hotel is amazing and the staff is so very helpful.
The pictures on Expedia is incorrect. I requested a 2 queen bedroom. One of the pictures provided shows two queen beds and a living room, this is what I thought I was getting. Per hotel staff, picture is incorrect, they viewed the Expedia photo and apologized for the error, said the picture and description is incorrect."

"Hilton Grand Vacations in Kihei is a beautiful new property steps away from the beach. We greatly enjoyed our room, which had a high-tech kitchen, washer/dryer, large flat screen TVs, lanai with ocean view, and a rainwater shower head. The property has 3 hot tubs and multiple pools, including an adults-only pool with refreshing waterfalls, and a fun-for-everyone waterslide. "Stayed in a similar property before, Villas are located right on Wailea beach, behind the villas are the Shops @ Wailea that has restaurants, groceries, and many higher end shops. Brought the family and rented 2 villas. The one my wife and I stayed in was just remodeled with very nice contemporary furniture, art and all new kitchenware. Ocean views from the lanai. It's a great value for a family, We plan on returning again."

"We enjoy our stay at this 1 bd apartment. The location is nice, beach is 10 -15 min walk. Restaurants and stores are nearby. However, I am going to give them 4 stars out of 5. The laundry machine is a bit old. The storage containers need to be replaced. They had really small containers without lid and a couple of lids without containers itself.
