"Beautiful location but the room was tired and nothing like advertised. Staff didn’t sort out problems. For the price and Hyatt brand I expected much better. Hana is beautiful, but next time I stay elsewhere."

"Be warned that even tho you can book thru Expedia the property chastised me in capital letters to never communicate thru Expedia. Perhaps put that in the listing. Also the kitchen had 2 forks and spoons only. The pictures look nicer than it is"
