"Holes in the sun shade curtains,no shower curtain, Rusty toilet paper holder,no microwave and the door had a gap that funneled the wind right under the door. Ordered the executive garden apartment and I got a room with no garden. As far as I was concerned that I had actually ordered the room with breakfast included. "We had to change from a better room and downgraded ourselves to a smaller room as the previous was in a horrible condition. Hotel staff was happy to change us but did not refund for any downgrade. Can i please request for a refund of the downgrad"
