"Staff are very courteous and helpful. Rooms are in decent shape but can certainly be more clean. Room service on busy days like Friday should be more prompt. It takes forever to get room service delivered. I dont blame the staff but the senior management should have more staff allocated as its a big hotel and I am sure the staff is running around. Please add more staff on busy days. Dont want the staff to be on the receiving end but instead the management should do a better job."

"As soon as we entered the lobby, we were bit by mosquitoes and had a long wait to get our room, even though we reached only at check in time. Everything was good once we got the room. SANTIEGO in dining area took care of us like we were family. He ensured vegan food was available and also got us some vareity of dishes to try for breakfast as we stayed 2 days. "

"Very comfortable stay that was better than other more expensive hotels we booked during this visit to chennai. Staff was friendly and ready to help with any requests we had. They extended checkout by an hour and also stored luggage. Mouli helped with every request we had and weighed our suitcases too for our flight. I received the standard and comfort I paid for. While I’m not comparing it to luxury hotels in Chennai, everything was well managed and satisfactory.
