We booked a King bed for 3 nights. After a long day of travelling we arrived at the hotel around 11:30pm. We called the hotel a few hours earlier (around 7pm) to inform them that we are still coming and to confirm our reservation - they acknowledged. Once we arrived at our hotel the duty manager Amandeep Singh said the room is still no ready and to wait 20/25min for the room to be cleaned. That is completely unacceptable. The Front Office Manager Tamana Kaundal then advised that they can put us in a 2-bed bedroom instead and move us the next day - which would be a huge inconvenience as we had a busy day scheduled and would not want to repack our belongings to move to another room. Service was horrible and rooms were out dated. I will not be returning and would not advise anyone else to stay here either.
