"Hector met us at the train station,then brought our bags to our room.
Hector showed us our beautiful room with jacuzzi . He then told us the wine was complimentary , upon check out he said the wine was 246 soles.We reluctantly paid it.

"La atención del personal es excelente, el lugar está limpio, es súper agradable que incluye desayuno y cena y la calle es linda; sin embargo, la comida es muy mala, me cayó muy mal la cena la primera noche y deje de consumir en el lugar.
Nuestro último día estaba sin funcionar el ascensor, y quisimos tener check out tardío y por dos horas más eran ~100 USD, me pareció algo excesivo."

"Very nice hotel. The staff were all really nice and ready to help. Clean rooms. Restaurant was really good especially our weiter Johann. Bar was well stocked with servers nice and knowledgeable. Would certainly go back."
