"The room was spacious and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. I gave 3 stars for maintenance because the first night we could not sleep, air conditioning was not working and it was very hot. I called front desk and the lady said she could fix it from there. "I would like to recognize the outstanding service I received from the team at Hotel Berna.
After my stay, I realized I had left my watch at the hotel. The Hotel Berna team quickly located it and sent me photos to confirm it had been found.
They safely kept the watch for me and kindly assisted with the UPS pickup when I arranged its return shipment. Thanks to their professionalism and kindness, my watch arrived safely back home.
