Rooms nice and comfy, staff did hardly smile since we arrived and the pool that you had to pay for was tiny and sometimes you didn't get space around it.

A good stopping point for us travelling around Italy, the man at reception was extremely helpful but some of the restaurant staff let this down. We had dinner at the restaurant (we were the only people there) but they spent more time laughing and joking with each other than checking in on what we wanted. The food was good and staff were generally friendly. Not much around the location and have to travel to get to places.

I recently stayed at iH Hotels Milano Lorenteggio and overall, it was a charming experience. The staff were incredibly amiable, making my stay pleasant from start to finish. One highlight was the included breakfast, which offered a decent selection to kickstart the day. However, I must admit that the bed was not the most comfortable, which impacted my sleep quality somewhat. I would still recommend iH Hotels Milano Lorenteggio for its friendly atmosphere and cleanliness.

Hot outside, but a comfortable cooled room. That was perfect. I had a room key with the room number on it. Don't like that, feels not hygienic. Breakfast ok (stop putting sugar on breadrolls, it's not ok!), dinner was a bit disappointing with boring risotto (no cheese, only saffrane risotto). Burgers are good. Bed is hard, but good. Bathroom excellent, perfect shower!

Short family break

Staff very nice and helpful . Carol and Danielle . Nice and clean . Well maintained. Breakfast good , limited hot food options usually 3 options . Scrambled egg , sausages and potatoes. Lots of drinks and coffee etc . Location of hotel at the start of tram service so perfect to get to central locations . Walking distance to tram. McDonald’s and Turkish kebab place nearby with 2 superstore nearby too. Only negative is you have to pay for pool half day or full day options only . Big thanks to reception team for sorting out a local taxi service with 6 seater to airport at 4 am .

We choose for pool which was small & uncleaned. Tried to charge additional 48 Euro for us to use! Manager stepped in and Davide excellent. Breakfast included was below average. The hotel must rethink this offering for chilled meats and cooked three! Eggs, sausage pieces and bacon (trade description activation or fda consumer protection would not waste time here!). Pastries and coffee very good; not excellent yet the best part. There is no shop here and although we buy a lot of bottles of water as easier, many other guests complain to each other. Our room comfortable and wet room has damage from water overflow in door frame and a lock to its door that did not work. We travel by public transit and tram 14 works really well for centre qnd canals. Runs late on too. Did not try buses. Warning on the tiles of pool area, when wet they are extremely slippery to skin and when dry in the sun they are burning to the touch. Mosquitoes are a plague around pool and there are 20 to 30 sun loungers. It gets busy between 8am and 8pm use time. Did not try lunch or dinner there and would not see a reason to reuse this hotel. Novotel in better location with pool and Grande too; both 4 star too and similar pricing (one lower, one higher). Thanks to Davide for making communication enjoyable.

Lovely stay, really nice hotel and great staff. But I gave a reduced rating for hair on wall of the wall of the bathroom and because the duvet wasnt clean. Otherwise no complaints and id stay again.
