"Overall is good. Service is nice. The staff is enthusiastic and kind. There is one thing I would like to mention. We booked a "two bed + one sofa bed" room and indicated we have 2 adults and 2 children. However, the room supplies are all for 3 persons. Extra supplies are sent to us after communication but it is a little inconvenient for us. There are washing machines in 9F but the amount is not enough. It is always occupied. Hope you can increase the numbers of washing machines if possible. "

"We stayed in a room with two double beds and a couch, which slept our family of five comfortably. I loved the bathroom, and the toiletries products provided! The room was quiet, clean, and had space enough to relax and be able to repack our suitcases before our flight back home to America. Staff was kind and helpful as well. We enjoyed our stay very much."

"The hotel was incredibly clean and cozy. I especially loved the public bath — it exceeded my expectations! It was just a bit disappointing that there was no bottled water in the room. If there's a good price deal, I’d definitely love to come back. Out of all the places I stayed in Fukuoka, this was the best!"

"I love their bathroom, the best one in Japan so far for me. The layout is just right. Water pressure is crazy good. The bedroom is quiet and has everything you need. They give you a new pajama everyday. Breakfast is awesome. Never get too crowded. I love their salad which is always fresh and grilled pork loin which is cooked in charcoal oven. Yummm. Public hot tub is a plus and I used it every night."

"I like good design so I just had to stay at Il Palazzo at the end of my two week trip to Kyushu. It’s stunning. The attention to detail throughout was remarkable. My room was spacious and comfortable, with pretty much everything I might need. The staff were attentive and polite. Just one complaint - buffet lunch and dinner, which was included in the rate. It was essentially the same food, and none of it was Japanese. The desserts were pretty good, but otherwise it was a fairly limited, snacky...
