"Clean, spacious rooms. Friendly staff. Great location. Underground parking was a little cramped but there were lots of spaces, including EV charging. All around good experience!"

"The Chateau is an unbelievable property. It is so worth seeing, and such an "experience" to get a chance to stay there. And the location is simply unbeatable. The staff is truly wonderful. They do a terrific job. Lots and lots of questions to answer each and every day. They have my admiration.
This is not a knock, simply an observation. The lobby VERY crowded - very. The lobby is not as large or impressive as some. Again, very beautiful, but not the wow factor we expected. Might be...

"Les installations sont biens pour les enfants. Les chambres sont un peu vieillottes mais ca va ! Le personnel est très courtois! J'ai aimé mon séjour, on a presque pas eu le temps de tout essayé!
Je n'ai pas goûté le déjeuner car il n'était pas inclus."

"The receptionist was very kind and patient. The anemities were exactly what I needed as a tired mother of 2 young children. I will just say that my room had a smell. I think the occupants before me were smoking in it. I regret not saying anything, but I was too tired. Luckily, the bed was very comfortable and I slept very well!"
