"I commend the staff that hosted us. We checked in on the 4th of August 2025 and checked out on the 5th of Aug. I arrived late for the breakfast as i have the key and my son couldn't get out of the room, when we checked out I asked if we can have at least pastry as take away. "Hidden gem! It’s a standard 4 star hotel but the view of the Eiger & Jungfrau mountains is the best! I stayed at room number 113 (level 3) and 021(level 2) both have an amazing view of the mountains. But of course the higher the better. Spacious room and very practical. They recently refurbished almost 80% of the rooms so the pictures in hotels.com portal is the old one. The one I uploaded is their room after refurbishment. Worth every penny I spent! Will definitely come back again. Special...

"The family room was perfect for our family of 4. Kids loved the bunk beds with privacy curtains, the arcade in the room was lots of fun and the views of the lauterbrunnen valley and mountains were spectacular. The location of the hotel was extremely convenient to the train station. The pool area was fantastic and we just wished it was open later than 8pm"

"Zentrale Lage mitten in Wengen. Gemütliche Zimmer. Schöne Aussicht vom Balkon. Sehr freundlicher Empfang."

"Der Aufenthalt war super. Leider ist der Zugang zur Reception (wenn man mit dem Auto anreist) mangelhaft beschildert. Das Zimmer war sauber und die Betten sehr komfortabel. Das Frúhstück ist exzellent und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir werden sicher wieder vorbeikommen."
