"The toilet didn’t flush. We had maintenance come 3 times and it was never actually fixed. Also, our room air conditioning did not work. It was cooler outside or in the hall way. Again we asked for help from the front desk shortly after checking in but it wasn’t remedied throughout our stay."

"The bedroom was great , lovely decor & a very comfortable bed BUT the bathroom was clearly in need of a major refurbishment - it was extremely dated and in poor condition - the shower attachment was in the bath but the tiled side of the bath was so high that I could not get in to have a shower.
