"The Pangulasian Island Resort was prepared/well organized for our arrival to the resort (group of 5 including a 22 month old baby). First of all, there was the welcoming group arrival & departure greetings. Secondly, the resort made extra effort to locate our luggages misplaced by the airline that handled our transfer from the airport to the Lio Jetty. "The property is at the middle of nowhere. It is a really nice place but the roads going there from the airport is terrible. It is very rough road, nothing to do , it is at the middle of farm land. At night , no security, no on call staff to assist for emergencies. We had a leak in the bathroom closer to 10 pm - no one showed up to help us fix the problem."
