"It's supposed to be a boutique hotel for relaxing; the pool water should be warm, but it's unusable. It's certified at less than 5 degrees Celsius. Using it could cause hypothermia."

"We had a wonderful stay! Anna at the front desk was so kind and helpful, which made us feel very welcome. The property and rooms are well maintained, and the pool area is lovely. It’s only a short 5–6 minute walk to the main bus stop and the village, which was super convenient. The gentleman who takes care of the breakfast area was also very kind and friendly — and the breakfast spread was amazing! Would definitely stay here again."

"This was our 2nd stay but this time we were in the older Naxos resort section rather than the galaxy section but enjoyed the room even though it wasn’t renovated as much (updated but not renovated). Breakfast was fabulous as last time. Enjoyed the discounted beach sunbeds. Location is the best in Naxos as you’re right on the beach and only a short walk to amazing restaurants. We hope to return for a 3rd visit !! "

"Excellent hotel with friendly lobby staff. The premises were super clean and so were the hotel rooms. The hotel is a great location conveniently located right next to the water. Their Lemonade in the front lobby was super fresh and refreshing. The hotel staff are friendly and professional.
The hotel is adjacent to other Petinos hotels and a restaurant as well. All of this is right next to the water with beach access and some great views. The restaurant manager at the front was super friendly...
