"Great parking directly under the hotel. Restaurant across the street was delicious but took advantage of what they sold us (different review). Not pretty, but clean. Front staff on arrival was concerning, apparently if you don’t speak Vasco (Basque), the female at the desk, gets rude. Overall it was a place to stay. I would not stay in Gijon again, very industrial and loud. No rest because of a lovely train station next door."

"Had a wonderful stay at AC Hotel Gijón by Marriott. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the city, and the staff provided outstanding service from start to finish. Everything was comfortable, clean, and very welcoming. Highly recommended!"

"My experience was last minute booking, as the hotel I was staying at could not extend me an extra night. Everything from checking in, to getting my room early was great! Room was clean and got everything I needed, plus a marvelous view of the Centro Botín and Paseo Pereda from the 8th floor.
I had to leave the next day to the airport on the first flight out, they called a cab and it was there within 5 minutes.
Staff was friendly, courteous and helpful."
