"When we asked for another room because the a/c, telephone and internet is not working the housekeeper/maintenance slam the door at us and didn’t comeback. I NEED TO GO DOWN TO THE FRONT DESK FROM 6th FLOOR TO REPORT AND ASK FOR ANOTHER ROOM! The room that was provided with us was splashed with alcohol, smell was too strong that it made me dizzy. I WIL NOT COME BACK IN THIS FILTHY CHEAP HOTEL/MORE LIKE A MOTEL!"

"I booked two family suite for my family. One of them was clean (Rm 413) but the other stinks (Rm 414). It smells like urine. The pool area was amazing. It was clean, well-maintained and has lots of lounging chairs with shades from trees or some umbrellas. The locker/shower room by the pool could use some updating, but still functional. "It was a great experience except for the fact that check in time was 2pm and they told us to wait as they still need to "touch our room" and we sat there for a good 45 minutes until we decided to go back to the counter and reinquire about our check-in to which they apologized and proceeded to give us room keys. "The view from the back was stunning. However, if you get the room close to the street, it’s loud. The cars, trucks and motorcycles that are passing by are too noisy to have a good sleep.
