"This is a really wonderful hotel! I had a wonderful 8 night stay in April, thank you! I was given a very nice upgrade to the top floor terrace room, thanks so much, it made my Madrid trip very memorable! Its the best located hotel for the theatres on Gran Via. It feels very safe with tight security and the staff are very nice. The room was very comfortable, luxurious and large, and the terrace was a big bonus. Will definitely be back! "

"A four star hotel with a five star hospitality. Service of Regina’s staff is way better than those five star hotels that I visited throughout my Europe trip for 2025. The suite is good, the breakfast and strategic location. "

"The property was perfectly located close to great locations. Felt stuffy at times, but it was in the middle of a heat wave.
There was some malfunction with the electricity in the bathroom. The lights kept going off and we could hear some shocking sounds at times.
Otherwise the staff were great and the breakfast was delicious."

"I booked 5 nights at Senator Barajas Hotel (15/06/2026–20/06/2026), but I was only able to stay for 2 nights because of the excessive noise.
During my stay, I could only sleep about 3–4 hours per night. On 17/06/2026, at around 2:00 AM, someone outside near the hotel was shouting very loudly and appeared to be asking for help. The disturbance lasted long enough to prevent me from sleeping.
I became extremely exhausted and had to move to another hotel. Although I left early, I was not refunded...

"Hotel pulito e in posizione centrale, ben servito dai mezzi pubblici. La struttura è buona ma forse più un buon tre stelle che quattro. Colazione buona, non manca niente ma buffet non molto ricco.
Il punto forte dell’hotel è sicuramente la posizione."

"This hotel was wonderful. It is in a great location and very walkable to many restaurants and attractions. The superior room was very comfortable and had great air conditioning. The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They offer a great breakfast although it was a bit expensive. They have a rooftop bar and pool that made our stay even more enjoyable."
