"Front desk staff was outstanding. Rachel was lovely to talk to, and ensured we received our breakfast vouchers along with a run down of the hotel amenities.
Overall the staff was friendly.
Two downsides to the room we stayed in. First, it had an odd musty smell, and secondly, when the shower runs the bathroom floor floods.
I do want to add the room looked lovey, it might just need some additional cleaning.
Overall, the experience was pleasant and the hotel is pet-friendly.
