"This is the second time that I have spent my vacation and visiting family in your hotel and I was not disappointed the first or the second time. "We heard great reviews for this hotel from friends in Manado, so we booked a room for our stay. Iโm giving five stars because I believe my friends. However, a volcano meant that our flight turned around 30 minutes before we were supposed to land in Manado. We couldnโt use our reservation. I wrote to Expedia and the hotel to cancel the reservation. Expedia said they couldnโt refund the money because they needed to first receive the consent of the hotel and the hotel didnโt respond the hotel...
