"Beautiful historic building in a quiet area.The trip driveway transports you from a city setting past a horse field then a beautiful golf course. Restaurant options with well prepared food and generous portions. The flower gardens and grounds are beautiful. Navigating the interior of the building is a bit of a challenge but the staff is very friendly and willing to help with directions "

"Warm welcome on arrival with a busy reception area. Given all the information we required and offered a reduced price on breakfast which we took advantage of. Free tea and coffee on offer beside reception/bar which was a nice touch. Room was perfect for our needs and contained everything you might require such as hairdryer, iron and ironing board, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. "Front desk guys were very welcoming , friendly and helpful! The staff in charge of the kitchen not so kind , they were somehow rude to help when asked a question During breakfast time . Good location. Not so close by foot to the city center, but easy access by buss which stop it right outside the hotel. We had a great stay overall. "

"one of the best hotel room, i have ever stayed. the lobby is nice, the room is huge and even nicer. they refill the water, but towards the end of our stay, they no longer refill the snack. otherwise the room is nice as per picture, bonus it is just 3 mins walk from the train station, so if your journey is late at night, this hotel is just close by to the train station and royal mile."
