"We had a leaky shower and the water was spilling onto the tile floor. We submitted a ticket and it was kind of fixed but not fully. Slip hazard for a pregnant woman. Rooms were very clean. Food is eh, but what can you expect from such a huge resort. Would come back though!"

"Big rooms with kitchen. One bathroom glass door was missing and one stove burner was not working. Ocean Views at the room are amazing but the beach is very dangerous and swimming is never permitted. We will not return. Staff was seldom nice only three were nice of many that we spoke with. Most employees were afraid of management. Too sad."

"We booked 2 nights here. 1000% DO NOT RECOMMEND. This resort could have potential if it put some money into it. Our door to our room didn’t shut. I had to argue for bottles of water The buffet was terrible (Cuba has better food) - it was like slop in buckets. We were not allowed in the pool before 10 am. (Actually got kicked out). Your not allowed to use the umbrellas up in the adult pool (you will fry like an egg) When they say 3* what they should say is 1*"
