"Had an excellent stay at Meksico Hotel. Was a bit worried at first, as it’s next door to a hospital, but it looked to be a daycare hospital, so totally quiet at night. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice and clean. In walking distance to most sights and to the bus an railway station. Had everything I needed, so happy to stay there again. "

"This was a great location and I liked that they had sodas and water for sale in the lobby. My daughter enjoyed her massage as well. Loved the A/C. The shower head kept coming off and water would go all over the bathroom floor. Would help if there was a door with the shower. Bed was super comfortable. No kettle in the room and breakfast would have been nice if a little more was offered. "

"Perfect location. Close to city center and its attractions. Host is fantastic. Apartment has everything you need and then some. Very helpful instructions and suggestions for dining etc. Julia is very responsive. Highly recommend. "

"The dinner was excellent! We enjoyed eating outside on the terrace from where we watched a golden sunset. At 16:00 PM we were treated to a bell concert ringing from the church next door. Otherwise it was a very peaceful place with farmlands stretching to the mountains."

"It is a simple guesthouse, more like a bed and breakfast. Nothing extraordinary about the place. The best thing about my stay was the caretaker, Betty. I have been to 70 countries, hundreds of cities, and stayed in many accommodations. I would say Betty was one of the best because she really cared about guests' satisfaction. She will help you in any way she can regarding your stay, comfort, or visiting places in Slovenia. There are a lot of places where the hotel reception simply responded to...
