"The front desk staff were very professional, helpful and friendly. The coffee and tea station provided every morning was kept very tidy and clean. The coffee was delicious. The daily $10 credit went toward my breakfast which was delicious. The room and bathroom were spacious. The carpet was a bit dingy and needed to be deep cleaned and vacuumed better. "It’s a downtown hotel. The check in is with cars parallel parked on the city street, which a bit chaotic at a busy time. The staff were friendly enough. The rooms are average, we had basic 2Q rooms. For all the rooms we had, the AC was not particularly cool. The front staff recommended parking accommodations for the Portland Aeriel lift and that worked perfectly. We enjoyed our stay. No complimentary breakfast."
