"My experience staying at Palm was pretty decent to be honest. I wish the room had more amenities though. The wall unit air conditioner was heaven though, LOL! However, the front desk staff and the manager were very patient, courteous and professional dealing with my transaction. I reserved my room on Palm’s website overseas before coming to Trinidad and there was a miscommunication on my end. I was very impressed how the staff and hotel manager handled my situation. "We stayed 13 days from May 2 to May 14th. The hotel was clean, safe and the breakfast was the best especially the Trellis Local. There was 24 hour security and St Joseph Village is a beautiful neighbourhood. Would like to give a shout out to Tanya Laing, Carmen, Jennifer, Jenni , Sintra and Remmi G. The only glitch was we requested 2 double beds however the room only had one. The security guard who brought us to our room stated we would have to deal with it as house keeping had left for the day....

"My husband and I stayed at Studio 27 Inn for the first time, the staff was friendly and accommodating, however, the only negativity was minor stains on the floor and carpet, in need of decorating, apart from that, we will definitely stay again, when back in Trinidad. Lovely staff, made us felt welcome."

"What an amazing place. On arrival we got a welcome drink along with a briefing that explained what was available. Very comfortable and the staff made you feel like family. The food was excellent and the pool was just perfect. As this time was during the laying season for leatherback turtles we were not disappointed as the first night 20 turtles laid their eggs just in front of the hotel. Not to mention that was happening all along the beach every night. Our last morning we saw 10 turtles laying...
