"We loved our stay at the vittoria hotel. Rooms (2 queen standard city view) were very spacious for our family of 4. Rooms were up to date. It is in clifton hill across from the speedway race track. Indoor Pool and hot tub (in basement)were in great condition with lots of towels available and a beautiful mural of the falls on the wall. "The photos were definitely deceiving. The hot tub was broken, one of the elevators was broken. We had to take stairs from the 10th floor. Lots of weed smell, dingy lighting, outdated atmosphere. Everyone we talked to was having a poor experience as well with this hotel and with the staff not being helpful with their issues. The only saving grace was that the actual room was clean and fairly updated. Thin walls. If we had brought our kids, we would not have stayed."

"We booked the room thinking we were going to be on the resort property but we were a mile down the road at these very outdated condos. The room had dead bugs, dirty bedding, and patio door that was lacking the greasing or maintenance to allow it to open easily. There was no box breakfast and beach club that looks inviting did not have any bar or grill. It rained earlier in the day so they closed it down for the whole afternoon and evening.
