"A completely excellent hotel. I would live here. Staff A+. Room A+. Cleaning A+ Reception and its quirky but professional amenities A+ It is even in the 'town centre' so local shops etc are on your door step. The pure luck of finding this place was luck indeed."

"Traveled from SC. Stayed there for 4 nights we came up for a family member funeral. Not enough handicap parking spaces. Cleanness of the room was not I expected. Durning our stay no one never came in to tidy up the room nor was the waste basket emptied from the room. We had to go and get towels and wash cloths for the room. "Our room was clean, which is about the only positive I can say.
The neighborhood is very industrial, sometimes scary. The hotel is right next to a cannabis facility.
One of the elevators didn't work the whole weekend. The wait was about 8 minutes in the morning to try to get to the lobby with the one existing elevator
The advertised pool has been filled in.
Our blinds were broken and didn't roll down. The tv didn't work, and we were told there was nothing that could be done. The bathroom had...

"Stayed here the weekend of my 50th Yale reunion. I cannot thank the hotel staff for taking such excellent care of me and their other guests. Reception was friendly, welcoming, and courteous; my room was beautifully clean and spacious, design highly functional, sleep quality excellent; breakfast was simple but good, with excellent service. I have friends in New Haven, and will happily stay here again when I come to visit them."

"I stayed with my family for one night and hotel was clean and rooms and bathroom were good size except I wish they maintained the pool a little better as many of them couldn’t swim as it had too much chlorine and was making my kids eyes red and itchy. It’s little disappointing, Specially when you try to book a hotel that has a pool and the pool is not maintain well. I am glad I included the breakfast package and it was really nice space to enjoy the hot breakfast. Overall it was a good stay."
