"After a long journey from Japan to China and then to San Francisco, I was really looking forward to resting at this hotel. Unfortunately, despite having paid for my stay two months in advance, I was asked to provide a $50 deposit at check-in. "Breakfast is very simple Parking is expensive, they've charged me for parking then i realized that i can park for free outside the hotel but they refused to refund my payment for parking fees although it was after 10 minutes from my check in!!!"

"The rooms are very clean! They provide glasses and coffee maker. Breakfast was tasty had a waffle each morning. We stayed 4 nights and the transport to airport was right on time."

"Even though the WiFi was not working, the staff was extremely accommodating. My early check in fee was waived as well as overnight parking and I given a free drip coffee which was really good! My room was clean but it had a light smell of smoke, however I was very pleased with the awesome bay view! The indoor pool was and jacuzzi was also nice. I had a couple glasses of prosecco which were reasonably priced."
