"I made this reservation because our flight out of San Diego was being cancelled. Within 2 hours I attempted to cancel this reservation because the Airline put us in a hotel. The Hotel said I had to go through Expedia, Expedia said I had to go through the hotel. Calling the hotel customer service was a terrible experience, you could not hear them and they had no clue or interest in helping me. I basically received an "oh well, sorry. We are keeping your money" . Expedia was also no help. ...

"The room was tidy when arrived but learned that rooms are only turned over every other day. Which was fine in the end because all we really needed was towels. The rooms were renovated and my only complaint is that the sinks were made so tall. My child and mother who are barely 5ft tall had issues washing their faces and had to tip toe just to be able to rinse their mouths while brushing their teeth. That said, we enjoyed the pool and hot tub and we are glad that they were well maintained."

"This place is awesome. Central location in the heart of downtown. Minutes from the Padres stadium, Gaslamp quarter, little Italy, etc. Check in was seamless and I was offered a complimentary glass of wine! The room was spacious, clean, and quiet. They also offer complimentary bike rentals, which made exploring the city much easier. Parking is kind of a nightmare downtown in general, but it’s easy to find a deck nearby that lets you park overnight. Overall, great experience!"

"DO NOT stay here. DIRTY. Seedy. Had to sign a waiver saying I’d be appropriately dressed in the lobby because they often have prostitutes as patrons (they literally told me this). Had to ask for the floor to be mopped. BED BUGS. Woke up with large bites all over my body. Had to bag my pjs and buy new ones at the local Walmart to keep from bringing any home.
