"We had a great stay at the Regency. Our room was very comfortable and the location is ideal, right in the Old Port with many excellent restaurants, fun stores, and the waterfront steps away. Very friendly and helpful staff. We appreciated the airport shuttle. Our only disappointment was that the spa / jacuzzi closes at 6 pm. We had hoped to use it after busy days of walking and sightseeing."

"Mark the driver and Crystal went above and beyond to help us during our 4 day stay. Chris, the weekday bartender, was engaging without being too chatty and gave us a personally recommended guide to Portland sites and restaurants that was spot on every time.
The scent in the lobby was overpowering. My husband liked it. I found it offensive."
