"I made this reservation because our flight out of San Diego was being cancelled. Within 2 hours I attempted to cancel this reservation because the Airline put us in a hotel. The Hotel said I had to go through Expedia, Expedia said I had to go through the hotel. Calling the hotel customer service was a terrible experience, you could not hear them and they had no clue or interest in helping me. I basically received an "oh well, sorry. We are keeping your money" . Expedia was also no help. ...

"Rooms were clean and close to central town area to do things but yet away enough just to feel like a vacation."

"We stayed at Bahia Resort for a family vacation and had a wonderful experience. The views were beautiful, and our room was very nice. The only drawback was that the air conditioning didn't work very well, which made the room a little hot and humid at night. The swimming pool and hot tub were both very clean and well maintained.
