The only real complaint I had, which I shared at reception and they received the feedback well, was that I placed the do not disturb sign on my door before leaving for an activity during the day; I had all my belongings spread over the room and I did not have the energy or time to put them away. "This is a large hotel, well run with basic rooms, well maintained, clean and well run. Breakfast (buffet) is large. The hotel is "family friendly", which means that some parents take leave of their parenting obligations and the hotel becomes noisy and loud, particularly at breakfast. The young staff running the front desk are helpful, well-trained, professional and smart."
