"Conveniently located over looking the marina. Great open air restaurent and small pool to cool off. The staff was amazinga and very helpful. The rooms are starting to show signs of age. Some rooms had issues with ac systems. I would go back."

"Good morning The stay was good Peaceful But the place was not clean properly In the upper bathroom corner there was so much spider line and somewhere you could see rusting in several areas. In spite off all, it was worth it for the quietness, comfortability. "

"Beautiful location and views, a bit difficult drive to get to with very limited parking. Restaurant was decent but pricey for the food. Very friendly staff. 10 minutes in either direction will get you to an amazing beach, Cane Garden Bay or Long Bay. "

"It was wonderful everything was clean. Everything was great. If I had a complaint, and we did have a problem both nights we tried to make reservations for dinner. You should save a table or two for your guests. We didn’t know we had to make reservations early in the day or the day before to get a table for dinner. 😞"

"This is the place to go to enjoy the warm waters's of the Caribbean and learn how to sail, windsurf, snorkel, paddle board, or just enjoy swimming. The food is excellent and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. You just need to ask and they are willing to adjust to your needs. The only little drawl back was the mosquitoes at night which they are not really able to do much about because dinner in in an open air restaurant on the beach. They provide mosquito repellent upon request...

"We waited 20minutes for the front desk lady to arrive. Then, after checking in an hour and a half after check-in, we walked into the room and the lady was still making our bed. Otherwise, clean rooms. "

"This property is perfect, so spacious and clean with all the amenities you could need! Beds are super comfy and host was really nice and responsive. Highly recommend! Please note you will need to be ok driving to beaches but they are super close (within 10 min)"

"This place has a lot of potential. Unfortunately our trip started on "the wrong foot". There was a water outage which was quickly dealt with (pipe burst). But we were told the water was back on in our unit but when we arrived after running around the island for the day, it was still off. It did get resolved. I would say that for the price I paid, I was expecting good water pressure with hot water. I would call the water at best warm but did not get hot. Water pressure was less than...

"Room and restaurants were very good. No breakfast offerings was a problem. In room coffee was poor, instant only. Onsite grocery store was marginal at best. Lack of ice for room. Parking was a challenge, accessory road to park nearest to room was very rutted, rocky, and steep!"
