"Staff unhelpful with very limited english. Asked for an upgrade upon checking in but was told there was no rooms available yet our friends who checked in 10 minutes after was given an upgrade. Lights weren't working in room. They did get it fixed however on our second day. Was frustrating with communicating. Bathroom smelled like mold, room was somewhat clean. Hard mattress and uncomfortable. This is an honest review"

"Probably the most poorly maintained and generally sad hotel I have ever stayed at. The wallpaper was pealing off all walls, bathroom cabinet was rusty and wouldn't open or close and no artwork or attempts at decorating. Swimming pool was equally sad. Most chairs and loungers were broken and again no attempts at decorating such as any plants or sunshades. Apart from the location 2min from beach really no redeeming features."

"部屋が広く荷物整理がしやすかったです。 口コミどおりシャワーの温度も快適でしたし、トイレがウォシュレットだったのも良かったです。あえて朝食付きにし、普段どおりのパン食をいただけました。 また、フロントエレベーター脇にwawpassチャージ機があるのはとても助かりました。 初日の夜、いきなりブレーカーが落ち？真っ暗になりました。夫がフロントへ申し出ると、すぐに代替部屋を用意してくれました。しかもグレートアップしてました！荷物をかかえ部屋着でエレベーターに乗るなど、とんだハプニングでしたがよい思い出です。"
