"Loved the restaurant on site, and the staff was amazing. Very clean, loved the option to park our car there and take a shuttle to the airport for our vacation instead of using airport parking. would stay here again for a trip like that."

"First room had non-functional ac in 90+ heat. Went to dinner while it was worked on. Was notified during dinner that it couldn't be repaired and to expect a new room upon return. Eventually got a room but had to wait 10 minutes in heat although they knew we were coming back.
The staff member was mediocre at best in soothing the situation. I would have expected a manager to be aware and reach out. Didn't happen."

"One star was way too generous! The hotel was super dirty. Staff was not friendly or helpful. The ice machine was in front of our room and that area was filthy. The entire floor smelled of cigarettes and marijuana. Our latch lock on the door was broken, we reported it and no one came to fix it, so me, my husband, my teen daughter and my grand daughter didn't feel safe. We checked out the next day and couldn't get a refund even with a valid reason like a broken lock to our room. Expedia reps...

"The air conditioning unit in the room was not working. Very uncomfortable night. This also caused the carpet in the room to feel moist.
Front Lobby Staff was very helpful and polite."

"The hot tub was out of service. The restaurant was never open when we wanted to dine there. The bathroom in the room had an odor. Otherwise the stay was suitable for the couple of nights my husband and I stayed."
